We've made alot of progress in the past few months. The water problem in our yard was fixed by calling public works and they fixed the drainage problem across the street. Once they fixed this, we no longer had water running through the middle of our yard. We have almost all the trees completely removed, even the stumps ground out. We built a shed to store all of the things in the garage in. The garage will eventually be converted to Mike's shop. We installed new windows, but the windows looked so good, we're also working on replacing all the trim around the windows. Here are some pictures:
